Proactive ICT support (algorithmically predetermined, independent of employees, their number, quality, absence)

Our ITaaS platform includes key technologies such as contract automation, billing, error reporting, asset management, change management, user portal, prediction and analytics. A key role is played by technologies enabling the complete integration of Callidus Group as an external company with your actual business processes and employees. On the other hand your company will still have a complete control and transparency over ICT activities at all times.

Our ITaaS platform also supports hybrid scenarios where your IT staff can work with ours in one framework, all fully synchronized with our platform:

Partial hybrid: dedicated responsibility for any of the 3 pillars (Your IT team + Our IT team)
Full outsource: full responsibility for all 3 pillars (Our IT team)
